This year’s event focused on sharing strategies and practical tips for creating a culture of quality, including how companies can get more from their layered process audit (LPA) programs.
Session highlights included a lively customer panel discussion, keynote talk by Nic Minbiole and a presentation on upcoming releases of Beacon layered process audit (LPA) software. The User Summit also featured in-depth training with Q&A, as well as the opportunity to share feedback with Ease.
